👋 Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Ajay Khatri, an IT professional based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with over 15 years of hands-on experience managing everything from:

- 🔐 VPN & firewall configurations
- 🧱 Custom ERP tools (like Odoo & Flutter dart)

- 📱 Building internal apps with Flutter
I’ve worked in non-tech companies—factories, real estate, schools—where I had to wear multiple hats and often be the entire IT department myself.

🔹 Caliber Shoes Nepal
- Built and managed virtual machines (HRM, Inventory, Billing)
- Developed custom Nepali calendar module and complete integration of ODOO ERP
- Integrated IOT barcode, RFID, label printing with ESP32
- Maintained industrial machines (laser cutters, solenoids, relays)
- Hosted website via AWS Lightsail
- Graphic design for Social media and website.
- Seo Optimisation in websties.
🔹 Green Hill City
- Managed full server & network infrastructure
- Developed in-house tools (Chat app in Flutter, land system in Python/PostgreSQL)
- Handled Sophos firewall and Zimbra Mail Server
- Built the company website and led SEO & digital campaigns
🔹 ACE School & Alok Vidya Ashram
- Provided IT support and taught computer & math
- Created digital marketing materials and managed content
🔹 Freelance (Education & Film)
- Developed WordPress websites for Polygon College, Awaken Film, Karma Films
- Configured email (Mailchimp), logos, and social media branding
- Supported YouTube streaming and video content

🔧 Thousands of Projects, Trials & Lessons
Beyond my formal roles, I’ve spent over a decade:
- ⚙️ Building internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that were never officially “projects”
- 🧪 Running trial-and-error experiments to solve business problems in real time
- 🖥️ Customizing hardware/software combinations to fit unique environments
- 🧰 Learning by breaking and fixing things, not just by reading documentation
- 👨🏫 Teaching others through project-based learning — sometimes by example, sometimes by challenge
Over time, these micro-projects helped me become:
- A better troubleshooter
- A faster learner
- A more confident builder
- And most importantly — someone who can teach and share real-world knowledge
This blog will also include those micro-hacks and side projects that taught me as much (if not more) than any formal course.

After years of building, fixing, learning, and experimenting, I realized:
I never documented anything.
So now, I want to:
